I’m visiting Washington, DC, this week and will attend a HBS Club of Washington, DC, lunch this Thursday at The Case Foundation.
Michael Smith and Derek Holt will discuss The Case Foundation and Startup America and the role these organizations are playing in social entrepreneurship.

-How the Case Foundation is using technology (with examples) to expand philanthropic participation;

-What is Startup America and why is it different from similar initiatives?
-What has transpired to date since launching earlier this year?
-Any successes to date for entrepreneurs?
-How can HBS Club members and other entrepreneurs get involved or benefit from Startup America?
